I was just watching this and thinking about a run-in I had with law enforcement about a year and a half ago. It was one of those situations where I know that I was in the "right," but because I was not the authority figure I had to shut up and be wrong. I know not all law enforcement are bad. There are some genuine guys and gals out there, a few of who I consider "brothers." It's the bad apples that don't just spoil the bunch, but the whole orchard. People here in SC know that the Columbia Police Department is f*cked up. There have even been instances where I see there may be a need for police involvement, and upon speaking to an officer I get a, "Meh, whatever" type of attitude. When the guy shooting this video informed them that he used to be a cop I'm sure there were a lot of "sh*t" thought bubbles floating above heads. He always seem to "fit the description," even when he did not fit the description. I bet that supervisor is gonna tell those guys to not harass that guy in the future. All those damn police cars on scene show that they don't have sh*t to do there.
